This Privacy Policy explains how Sinaptic AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the parent company of Sinaptic® DROID+, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit our website at droid.plus and use our services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU AI Act, and applicable data protection laws.
Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services:
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, company name, and any message you provide via our Netlify-hosted forms (contact-demo, partner-application, resilience-docs, security-docs).
- Analytics data: We use Plausible Analytics or Netlify Analytics, which are cookie-free and GDPR-compliant. No personal identifiers are collected through analytics.
- Language preference: We store your language preference (English or Ukrainian) in sessionStorage, which is cleared when you close your browser. This is not a tracking mechanism.
We do not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or any third-party advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Data
Personal data submitted through our forms is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your enquiries and demo requests.
- Process partnership applications.
- Provide requested documentation (security briefs, compliance materials).
- Communicate with you about our services, only when you have initiated contact.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Processing & Storage
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure. EU-based hosting is available upon request for enterprise deployments.
The legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
